ADDITIONALLY, THE SEC ALLEGED THAT THE REGISTRANT VIOLATED SECTION 204 OF THE ADVISERS ACT AND RULE 204-2(A)(7)(I) THEREUNDER. LASTLY, THE SEC ALLEGED THAT ONE OF REGISTRANT'S OFFICERS VIOLATED SECTION 206(4) OF THE ADVISERS ACT AND RULE 206(4)-8 THEREUNDER FOR ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT TRANSACTIONS WHICH HAPPENED FROM 2006 TO 2009. Status: Final Sanction Detail: THE SEC ORDERED DISGORGEMENT OF$144,243.09 AND INTEREST OF$14,724.02. ADDITIONALLY, THE SEC FINED THE REGISTRANT $37,500.00 AND ONE OF ITS OFFICERS $25,000.00. PAYMENT FOR THE MONETARY FINES WAS MADE ON NOVEMBER 18,2015. PAYMENT OF THE DISGORGEMENT AND INTEREST WERE COMPLETED MARCH 2016. Summary: THE SEC ENTERED ITS ORDER ON OCTOBER 21,2015.
