Allegations: ALLEGED FAILURE TO TIMELY FILE THREE VOTING RIGHTS NOTIFICATIONS WITH BAFIN AND THE ISSUERS. Status: Final Sanction Detail: THE FINE WAS 100,000 EUROS (APPROXIMATELY $111,000). THERE WERE NO OTHER CONDITIONS IMPOSED. Summary: THORNBURG FILED THREE SUBJECT VOTING RIGHTS NOTIFICATIONS TIMELY BUT WITH MINOR ERRORS. BY THE TIME THORNBURG WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ERRORS, CORRECTED THEM AND REFILED THE NOTIFICATIONS, THE NOTIFICATIONS WERE NO LONGER TIMELY. AMONG OTHER ARGUMENTS, THORNBURG ARGUED THAT THE INITIAL FILINGS WERE MATERIALLY CORRECT AND THEREFORE THE FILINGS WERE TIMELY. THE FINE WAS 100,000 EUROS (APPROXIMATELY $111,000). THERE WERE NO OTHER CONDITIONS IMPOSED.
