Status: Final Sanction Detail: THE SECURITIES COMMISSIONER OF THE STATE OF TEXAS ISSUED AN ORDER THAT ORDERED THAT RALPH HEFFELMAN IS HEREBY REPRIMANDED AND ALSO ORDERED THAT THE REGISTRATION OF RALPH HEFFELMAN AS AN INVESTMENT ADVISER REPRESENTATIVE FOR ICMC IS HEREBY GRANTED.
