Allegations: MS. POTTLE SENT AN E-MAIL LOOKING FOR INFORMATION ON THE CLIENTS WHEREABOUTS TO A CLIENTS FAMILY MEMBER AND INADVERTENTLY WROTE THAT THE CLIENT HAD TAXES DUE OF A CERTAIN DOLLAR VALUE. SHE HOPED THIS WOULD MOTIVATE THE SIBLING TO HELP HER FIND THE CLIENT. THIS WAS AN ERROR AND RESULTED IN GIVING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION TO AN INDIVIDUAL OTHER THAN HER CLIENT. Status: Final Sanction Detail: A FINE OF $500.00 WAS ISSUED Summary: MS. POTTLE CONTACTED A TAX CLIENTS FAMILY MEMBER AND INADVERTENTLY GAVE THE FAMILY MEMBER THE CLIENTS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. THIS RESULTED IN A WARNING AND A FINE OF $500.00
