Allegations: IN FEBRUARY 2018 CYGNET RECEIVED A CEASE AND DESIST ORDER FROM THE CORPORATION, SECURITIES & COMMERCIAL LICENSING BUREAU OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ALLEGING THAT DARWIN MOORE WAS ACTING AS AN UNREGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE OF CYGNET. THE ORDER WAS RELATED TO A CLERICAL ERROR THAT OCCURRED DURING THE PROCESS FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE FILING FEE WHEN CYGNET WAS UPDATING DARWIN MOORE'S U4 TO REGISTER HIM AS AN INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE OF CYGNET. CYGNET'S STAFF DISCOVERED THIS CLERICAL ERROR IN NOVEMBER 2017, DISCLOSED IT TO THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND HAD CORRECTED THE CLERICAL ERROR AND SUCCESSFULLY REGISTERED DARWIN MOORE AS AN INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO THE CEASE AND DESIST ORDER BEING ISSUED. Status: Final Sanction Detail: NONE Summary: IN NOVEMBER 2017 CYGNET'S STAFF DISCOVERED A CLERICAL ERROR HAD OCCURRED DURING THE PROCESSING OF A FILING FEE PAYMENT WHILE REGISTERING DARWIN MOORE AS AN IAR OF CYGNET. CYGNET DISCLOSED THIS ERROR TO THE CORPORATIONS, SECURITIES & COMMERCIAL LICENSING BUREAU OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN (THE "BUREAU") AND HAD CORRECTED THE CLERICAL ERROR AND SUCCESSFULLY REGISTERED MR. MOORE AS AN IAR PRIOR TO THE BUREAU ISSUING THE CEASE AND DESIST ORDER IN FEBRUARY 2018. WITHOUT ADMITTING NOR DENYING THE BUREAU'S ALLEGATIONS, CYGNET AGREED TO SETTLE THE MATTER BY PAYING A CIVIL FINE OF $1,000. THE FINE WAS PAID ON JUNE 13, 2018.
