Disciplinary disclosures
Allegations: FIRM SELF-REPORTED A REGISTRATION ISSUE INVOLVING THREE ADVISORS THAT OCCURRED UPON TRANSITION FROM DUAL-REGISTERED TO SINGLE-REGISTERED FIRM. THE ADVISORS WERE MISTAKENLY CODED AS "TERMINATED". THIS WAS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR THAT THE FIRM CAUGHT MARCH 2020 AND REPORTED TO STATE OF GEORGIA ON THE DAY IT WAS DISCOVERED. Status: Final Sanction Detail: FIRM PAID $5,000 TO THE STATE OF GEORGIA TO REIMBURSE THEM FOR INVESTIGATIVE TIME. FIRM MADE A DONATION OF $5,000 TO THE INVESTOR PROTECTION TRUST FOR INVESTOR EDUCATION. Summary: ISSUE WAS RESOLVED WITH THE ABOVE ACTIONS. COMMISSIONER OF SECURITIES FOR GEORGIA COUNTER-SIGNED THE CONSENT ORDER ON 7/1/20. DUE TO REMOTE WORK COMPLICATIONS FROM COVID-19, THE EXECUTED ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO THE FIRM ON 9/15/20.
