SUBMITTED A LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE, WAIVER AND CONSENT (AWC) WITH THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY REGULATORY AUTHORITY (FINRA) WITHOUT ADMITTING OR DENYING THE FINDING THAT IT RECOMMENDED A TRADING STRATEGY IN A NON-TRADITIONAL EXCHANGE TRADED PRODUCT (NT-ETP) WITHOUT REASONABLE BASIS. IT ALSO DID NOT REASONABLY SUPERVISE THE TRADING STRATEGY. Status: Final Sanction Detail: THE FIRM WAS CENSURED AND ORDERED TO PAY $2,000,000 IN PARTIAL RESTITUTION TO CUSTOMERS.
