PMB ADVISORS MADE THE BUSINESS DECISION TO ENTER INTO THE CONSENT ORDER WITHOUT ADMITTING OR DENYING ANY UNFAIRNESS IN ITS TRADE ALLOCATION PRACTICES. Status: Final Sanction Detail: PENALTY OF $10,000 PAID 6/4/2021; PAYMENTS $192.39/EACH TO 46 CLIENTS MADE 6/4/2021.
