Allegations: AVI WAS LATE IN NOTIFYING BAFIN THAT THEIR HOLDING IN COLONIA REAL ESTATE AG HAD FALLEN BELOW THE 5% REPORTABLE THRESHOLD ON 22 OCTOBER 2010. THIS WAS DUE TO A TECHNICALITY UNDER GERMAN LAW WHICH RECOGNISES THE TRANSFER OF SHARES ON THE DATE THAT A SHARE SALE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED RATHER THAN THE DATE THE SHARES ARE ACTUALLY DELIVERED. Status: Final Sanction Detail: NOT APPLICABLE Summary: AVI WAS LATE IN NOTIFYING BAFIN THAT THEIR HOLDING IN COLONIA REAL ESTATE AG HAD FALLEN BELOW THE 5% REPORTABLE THRESHOLD ON 22 OCTOBER 2010.
