Allegations: THE ALLEGATION THAT ADDISON CAPITAL EMPLOYED AN UNREGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE WAS DUE TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT. ADDISON CAPITAL EMPLOYED AN INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE WHO HAD AN INCORRECTLY FILED REGISTRATION AT A PRIOR EMPLOYER. THE EMPLOYEE PREVIOUSLY PASSED ALL RELEVANT EXAMINATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION AT THE PRIOR FIRM, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A FORM U-10 BEING FILED INSTEAD OF A FORM U-4. THE PRIOR REGISTRATION ERROR CARRIED OVER TO ADDISON CAPITAL. ADDISON CAPITAL IMMEDIATELY SELF REPORTED THE INCORRECT U-4 FILING TO THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA UPON ITS DISCOVERY AND TOOK CORRECTIVE ACTION. Status: Final Sanction Detail: TOTAL AMOUNT OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSESSMENT WAS 175000 Summary: ADDISON CAPITAL WAS ORDERED TO COMPLY WITH THE 1972 ACT AND THE REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THE COMMISSION. THE ADMINISTRATIVE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED, NOTHING REMAINS PENDING. THE ASSESSMENT WAS ORDERED ON 2/22/2016 AND WAS PAID IN FULL BY 8/16/2016
