Allegations: WITHOUT ADMITTING OR DENYING THE FINDINGS, THE FIRM CONSENTED TO THE SANCTIONS AND TO THE ENTRY OF FINDINGS THAT IT CONDUCTED A SECURITIES BUSINESS WHILE NET CAPITAL DEFICIENT. THE NET CAPITAL DEFICIENCY WAS DUE TO THE FAILURE OF THE FIRM, ACTING THROUGH ITS FINOP, TO ACCRUE CERTAIN LIABILITIES FOR RECURRING VENDOR INVOICES. THE FINDINGS ALSO STATED THAT THE FIRM MAINTAINED INACCURATE FINANCIAL BOOKS AND RECORDS BY FAILING TO APPROPRIATELY ACCRUE FOR CERTAIN VENDOR INVOICES. Status: Final Sanction Detail: THE FIRM WAS CENSURED AND FINED $10,000. Summary: THE FIRM TOOK IMMEDIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION BY IMPLEMENTING REMEDIAL MEASURES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REPLACING THE FIRM'S FINOP AND IMPLEMENTING ADDITIONAL CHECKS AND BALANCES WITH RESPECT TO FINANCIAL PROCEDURES.
