WITHOUT ADMITTING OR DENYING THE ALLEGATIONS, DIA AND VAN WYK SETTLED THE MATTER. Status: Final Sanction Detail: THE FIRM WAS ORDERED TO PAY $1,800.38 IN COSTS AND FEES AND FIRM PRINCIPAL GREGORY VAN WYK WAS ORDERED TO PAY $75,000 AS A CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY/FINE IN THREE PAYMENTS ACROSS ONE YEAR.
