CHARGED CLIENTS AN ADVISORY FEE GREATER THAN THAT SHOWN IN THE CONTRACT FOR SECOND QUARTER 2017. FAILED TO PREPARE AND MAINTAIN TRUE, ACCURATE AND CURRENT INVOICES THAT WERE SENT TO CLIENTS EACH TIME ADVISORY FEES WERE DIRECT DEBITED.
