TO MEET THE EXEMPTION CWS WAS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN AND DELIVER AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE FUNDS, FILE FORM ADV, AND PAY A $125.00 FEE. IT DID NOT COMPLETE THOSE REQUIREMENTS BY THE DEADLINES. Status: Final Sanction Detail: DESIST AND REFRAIN ORDER: REFRAIN FROM ACTING AS AN INVESTMENT ADVISOR UNTIL THE FIRM HAS SECURED AN INVESTMENT ADVISOR CERTIFICATE.
