ADDITIONALLY, CANTERBURY DID NOT MAINTAIN ANY RECORD OF THE CLIENTS OR PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS TO WHOM IT OFFERED OR DELIVERED ITS FORM ADV PART 2 AS FILED WITH THE SEC ON MARCH 28, 2013.
