THROUGH AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR, DID NOT REGISTER THREE EMPLOYEES AS INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVES IN PENNSYLVANIA. Summary: WHEN TRANSFERRING THE REGISTRATIONS OF THREE INDIVIDUALS TO THIS FIRM, THE FIRM BELIEVED THAT ALL LICENSES, BROKERAGE AND ADVISORY, WOULD AUTOMATICALLY BE TRANSFERRED THROUGH THE CRD.
