Summary: QUEST ENTERED INTO A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CME GROUP RELATED TO CERTAIN FUTURES ORDERS ROUTED THROUGH AN EXECUTING BROKER'S ALGORITHM AND UNINTENTIONALLY SUBMITTED TO THE MARKET ON THE MORNING OF NOVEMBER 22, 2016. QUEST NEITHER ADMITTED NOR DENIED THE RULE VIOLATION UPON WHICH THE PENALTY WAS BASED.
