ON 12/28/2017, THE OFFICE OF FINANCIAL REGULATION ENTERED AN AMENDED FINAL ORDER TO THE FINAL ORDER ISSUED ON 6/5/2017 IN THE MATTER OF STEVEN DOUGLAS AYCOCK. PURSUANT TO THE AMENDED FINAL ORDER STEVEN DOUGLAS AYCOCK IS AUTHORIZED TO RE-APPLY IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AS OF 12/28/2017. Summary: IN JANUARY 2017, THE FLORIDA OFFICE OF FINANCIAL REGULATION THROUGH A STIPULATION AND CONSENT AGREEMENT, DENIED THE APPLICATION OF STEVEN D. AYCOCK, PRESIDENT, TO BECOME AN ASSOCIATED PERSON OF A PREVIOUS BROKER-DEALER FOR FAILING TO DISCLOSE ON HIS FORM U-4 A MISDEMEANOR CHARGE AGAINST HIM FROM 1996 THAT HAD BEEN EXPUNGED BY THE COURT. THE AGREEMENT AND A SUBSEQUENT AMENDED ORDER ALLOWED MR. AYCOCK CORRECT THE FORM U-4 AND TO REAPPLY FOR REGISTRATION IN DECEMBER 2017. MR. AYCOCK'S SUBSEQUENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION AS AN ASSOCIATED PERSON OF A BROKER-DEALER WAS APPROVED BY FLORIDA IN JANUARY 2018.
