Allegations: FROM FEBRUARY 2012 TO NOVEMBER 2013, FRITH CORRESPONDED WITH SIX CUSTOMERS ABOUT VARIABLE UNIVERSAL LIFE INSURANCE ("VULI") POLICIES, COMPARING THE POLICIES TO BUYING TERM LIFE INSURANCE AND INVESTING THE DIFFERENCE INA TAXABLE BROKERAGE ACCOUNT, AND ALSO SENDING REPRINTS OF ARTICLES ABOUT VULI POLICIES TO SOME OF°THE CUSTOMERS. HOWEVER, FRITH'S COMPARISONS DID NOT CONTAIN ALL·OF THE REQUIRED DISCLOSURES AND ILLUSTRATIONS. NONE OF LARSON'S PRINCIPALS HAD APPROVED THE REPRINTS. AND, HIS CORRESPONDENCE AND REPRINTS CONTAINED CERTAIN INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE STATEMENTS THAT FRITH FAILED TO CLARIFY OR QUALIFY. AS A RESULT, FRITH VIOLATED NASD RULES 2210(B)(L)(A) AND 2210(D)(L)(A) AND (B), INTERPRETIVE MATERIALS ("IM") 2210-2(B)(5)(A) AND (C), AND FINRA RULES 2010 AND 2210(D)(L)(A) AND (B).
