Status: Final Sanction Detail: ON SEPTEMBER 12TH, 2017 THE NFA ACCEPTED AN OFFER OF SETTLEMENT. WITHOUT ADMITTING OR DENYING THE ALLEGATIONS KINGSVIEW FUTURES, LLC PAID A FINE OF $50,000. IN ACCORDANCE TO THE TERMS OF THE SETTLEMENT BOTH KINGSVIEW FUTURES, LLC AND JOSH LEWIS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT ANY OFFER WOULD INCLUDE THE FINDINGS THAT KINGSVIEW FUTURES VIOLATED NFA COMPLIANCE RULE 2-9(A).
