Summary: THE SECURITIES AND FUTURES COMMISSION OF KOREA IMPOSED A KRW 7.5 MILLION FINE (APPROXIMATELY $6500) FOR NEGLIGENCE ON TRINITY STREET ASSET MANAGEMENT LLP FOR VIOLATION OF SHORT SALE RESTRICTIONS OF ARTICLE 180(1) OF THE FINANCIAL INVESTMENT SERVICES AND CAPITAL MARKETS ACT, PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 449 OF THE ACT, ARTICLE 390 OF THE ENFORCEMENT DECREE OF THE ACT, ARTICLES 26 AND 48 OF THE REGULATION OF INVESTIGATION OF CAPITAL MARKETS, AND ARTICLE 20 OF THE REGULATION ON EXAMINATION AND SANCTIONS AGAINST FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.
